This notice describes how enquiry data submitted through this website is handled. Ground Mobility Operations is in launch and does not use this site as a passenger booking platform.
Who we are
Ground Mobility Operations coordinates licensed independent transport providers for professional travel businesses. This website collects information only when you choose to submit an operations enquiry a supplier-interest form, or a Fly4Go charter or Deal Watch request.
What we collect
Company name, contact name, email, phone, organisation type, area of interest, and the message you write. Supplier forms may also include vehicle types, operating area, licence or permit type, vehicle numbers, airport-transfer capability and availability. Fly4Go forms also collect your route, travel dates, flexibility, passenger count, whole-aircraft budget and contact preferences.
Why we collect it
To review and respond to professional enquiries, and to assess whether a transport operator may be suitable for later onboarding. Fly4Go uses your submitted details to review flight enquiries and Deal Watch preferences. Automated flight alerts are not currently active. Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not make a company an approved supplier.
Retention
You can ask us to stop contacting you about Deal Watch opportunities at any time. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to maintain an operations or supplier-review file.
Sharing
We do not sell form data. Hosting and form-processing providers used to run this website may process submissions on our behalf. Passenger names and journey details should only be sent when needed to discuss a professional programme.
