    Booking / manifest received

    The travel partner sends the movement, programme or overflow request to the operations desk.

  2. 02

    Requirement validated

    Date, flight, pax count, vehicle category, pickup point and any meet-and-greet notes are checked.

  3. 03

    Licensed carrier assigned

    An independent licensed operator is allocated according to vehicle type, coverage and availability.

  4. 04

    Driver / vehicle confirmed

    Vehicle and driver details are confirmed with the carrier and returned to the travel partner as required.

  5. 05

    Journey monitored

    Flight status and assignment progress are watched through to pickup and drop-off.

  6. 06

    Completion / incident reporting

    The movement is closed with completion notes, or with an incident record where one occurred.
